Garment Factory in Wadi Dulayl QIZ (Qualified
Industrial Zone, i.e. an area whose industrial products can be
exported to the USA on advantageous terms) for the Sri Lankan
EAM Maliban Company. The
12,000 square meter project is expected to cost 1.5 million JD
(2,100,000 $US).

completed designs for the BMW Service
Center in Amman for the BMW dealer in Jordan, Ole

Dr. Yaghmour and Associates Consulting Architects completed
designs for a residential and
commercial tower in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
(UAE). The 35,000 square meter project, which is owned by Abdul-
Rahman al-Hajree, is expected to cost 7.8 million JD
(11 million $US).

Fu'ad
Sayegh, in association with the Associated
Engineers and Architects, completed designs for the
Amman offices of the Consolidated
Contractors International Company (CCIC).
The project includes the adaptation of a 1959 two-storey
residential building that was originally designed by Sayegh into
a four-story office building. The 1,300 square meter project is
expected to cost 250,000 JD (350,000 $US).
