Bilal Hammad Associates were chosen to design a master plan for the Jordan Cement Factory in Fuhais.  The master plan covers an area of about 600,000 square meters.  In 1998, the international French-based cement company Lafarge acquired a controlling share in the Jordan Cement Company.

 GDAR Group, in association with the Otaishan Engineering Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, was chosen to design the al-Bassam Tower in Dammam, Saudi Arabia through a closed competition.  The 12 story, 8,800 square meter office building is expected to cost about 3 million JD (about 4.25 million $US).

Arabtech-Jardaneh Consulting Engineers and Architects were chosen to design the BMW Service Center in Amman for BMW’s dealer in Jordan, Ole Automotive Trading Company.  The center will include administrative offices, workshops, and specialized service areas.  The 7,500 square meter project is expected to cost 2 million JD (2.8 million $US).
