The
Center for the Study of the Built Environment (CSBE) is pleased to announce the
book Greywater Use in the Middle East: Technical, Social, Economic and
Policy Issues. The book is published by Practical Action Publishing
(2010) and edited by Stephen McIlwaine, director of CSBE, and Mark Redwood,
program leader at International Development Research Centre (IDRC). This book
examines technical approaches to treating and using greywater for irrigation,
non-technical issues influencing the effectiveness of greywater use, and
economic as well as policy issues relating to the sustainability of greywater
use.
