Darb completed designs for the United Creations Garment Factory in the Wadi Dulayl QIZ (Qualified Industrial Zone, i.e. an area whose industrial products can be exported to the USA on advantageous terms). The 15,000 square meter factory is owned by the United Creations Company (an Indian - Egyptian joint venture), and is expected to cost 2 million JD (2,800,000 $US).

SIGMA Consulting Engineers, in association with the British firm Wimberly Allison Tong and Goo, completed designs for the expansion of the Dead Sea Movenpick Hotel. The British firm Derek Lovejoy Partnership carried out the landscape designs for the project, which is owned by the Jordanian companies Zara Investments and the National Hotels and Tourism Company. The project occupies a site of 25,000 square meters, of which 10,000 square meters are built up areas, and is expected to cost 10 million JD (14 million $US).

Tahhan and Bushnaq Architects completed designs for the shrine and mosque of al-Sahabi (Prophet Muhammad's Companion) Mu'adh bin Jabal in Northern Shunah in the Jordan Valley. The 600 square meter project, which was designed for the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, is expected to cost 350,000 JD (0.5 million $US).

Karim Bawab and Co. Consultants completed designs for the de la Salle Center for the Education of Students with Special Needs in Amman. The construction and furnishing of the 4,600 square meter project, which is owned by the Collège de la Salle (Frères), is expected to cost 2,100,000 JD (around 3 million $US).
