Implementation of the Emergency Project for the town center of Beit Sahur in the Bethlehem Province in Palestine was completed. The project, which covers about 3,000 square meters of public open spaces and cost 700,000 JD (1 million $US), was designed for the Bethlehem 2000 Project Authority by Dr. Yaghmour and Associates Consulting Architects and ACE Company carried out additional infrastructure design. The Cairo-based Arab Contractor implemented the project, which included restoration of structures in the area and upgrading its infrastructure as part of a community development plan aimed at improving the quality of life for the residents of the Beit Sahur town center

Construction was completed on the first automated branch of the Arab Bank, Jordan’s largest bank. The 150 square meter branch, which was designed Diran Masri Sarrar, Consultant Architects and Engineers, cost 120,000 JD (170,000 $US).
