Omrania and Associates, the Saudi-based consulting firm, appointed Hassan Safarini as the regional manager for its Amman office.  Safarini, who is a civil engineer and an associate professor at the University of Jordan's Department of Civil Engineering, was a chairman of the board and partner at the Consolidated Consultants for Engineering and Environment before moving to Omrania.
