March 2001 GDAR Group was commissioned to design the Lost City of the Dead Sea touristic project on the Dead Sea coast. The 60,000 square meter project, which comprises a hotel complex, a health spa, a water park, and chalets, occupies a site of 150,000 square meters, and is expected to cost 35 million JD (around 50 million $US).
