October 2000 Dar al-Omran was commissioned to design the al-Manshar Complex in Fehaiheel, Kuwait. The project includes the remodeling of existing shops and the design of new retail shops, recreational plazas, covered walkways, as well as parking lots and garages. The 30,000 square meter project, which is owned by the Tamdeen Real Estates Company, is expected to cost 7,100,000 JD (around 10,000,000 $US). Diran Masri Sarrar, Consultant Architects and Engineers were commissioned to design the Sundays Resort on the Dead Sea coast for Sundays International for Tourist Investment. M.K. Mahadin Consultants will carry out the landscape designs for the project. The 7,700 square meter project is expected to cost 1,420,000 JD (2,000,000 $US).
