GDAR Group was chosen to design al-Salam Tourist Village in Na'ur near Amman. The project, which is owned by al-Salam Studios Corporation, occupies an overall area of 85,000 square meters.

Diran Masri Sarrar, Consultant Architects and Engineers were commissioned to design the Jordan Insurance Federation Building. The 4,000 square meter project is expected to cost 1.2 million JD (1.7 million $US).

Arabtech - Jardaneh Consulting Engineers and Architects were chosen to design al-Fujairah Maternity & Gynecology Hospital in al-Fujairah, the United Arab Emirates. The 75 bed, 7500 square meter hospital is owned by the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Health and is expected to cost about 8 million JD (11.25 million $US). Bdour and Shawa for Architecture and Interior Design will carry out interior design work for the project.
